Help! I have a mobile home (metal) how can I put up xmas lights?

My bf says I’m on my own with this project (he says the lights look tacky on a mobile home) bah humbug! How can I do some lights since the exterior is metal, without using metal screws or other power tools? Any help would be appreciated.
