Who does the decorating in your house?

Maybe the stereotype is completely wrong, or maybe I’m just a weird exception to the rule, but I’ve always found women to be more interested in DIY than men. My ex used to joke that the only bit he did was carrying the tiles upstairs, and growing up it was always my mum who did the wallpapering and glossing the Woodwork. Now I’m older and a lot of my friends have their own places, it always seems to be the women that have these trendy decorating projects on the go, so is the stereotype about men and DIY wrong, or have modern tools just made it easier for all of us to dabble? Do you do the decorating in your house, and who do you think does more, men or women?

My house has three men in it, counting myself, there is nothing but blinds on the window and bare walls.
